Year	Events
1948	The school was started by the local people with the help of their Estate Employer. The School was named as Bukit Lintang Estate Tamil School.
1981	LPS, PIBG and the school management appealed to the government for a new building with better facilities. Appeal was accepted.
1984	The new was approved and the school was given a new name: SRJK (T) Bukit Lintang
1985	New building was fully utilised.
1992	The school gets a new canteen.
2008	The old canteen was renovated and converted into classrooms
2010	Preschool classes were started in a new building specially built for preschool under the MOE’s tender.
